User data security is king99's top priority. All information transmitted through the app is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption — the same standard used by leading banks in Malaysia. In addition, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for an extra layer of security. Your personal information is never shared with any third party without your consent.

Q: Can I use the same account on both the website and the app?

Yes, your king99 account is fully integrated. You can log in using the same username and password on both the website and the mobile app. Your credit balance, betting records, active bonuses and all account settings are automatically synchronised across all platforms in real time.

Q: How do I update the king99 app to the latest version?

The king99 app comes with a built-in auto-update feature. When a new version is available, you will receive a notification directly within the app. Simply tap the "Update Now" button and the process will complete automatically — no need to re-download from scratch. The current app version is always displayed under Settings → App Info.

Q: What should I do if the app won't open or keeps crashing?

(3) Clear the app cache via Settings → Apps → king99 → Clear Cache. (4) Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, contact the king99 support team via live chat in the app or on the website — available 24/7 to assist you.

Smart hosting technology keeps Live Casino streams uninterrupted even when your internet connection is unstable.
