1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Account Funding

• King99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal totalling RM5,000 and above within a single day.
• Any wins obtained through means that violate these Terms, including the use of automation software, exploitation of system bugs, or fraud, will not be processed and will be subject to further action.
• King99 does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, any bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the member.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by king99 are subject to specific wagering requirements. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

• The 100% welcome bonus requires a total wagering amount of 20x (deposit + bonus) before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

• Each member is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to reclaim this bonus through a new account or any other method constitutes fraud.

7 Game Rules and Outcomes

All games on the king99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a recognised third-party certification body. The outcome of every round, card hand, or game event is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session that prevents an outcome from being determined, king99 will settle the wager based on valid server records.

8 Prohibited Conduct
